I understand that this application is for consideration of an unpaid volunteer role with the registered nonprofit, Solutions Enabled. I agree that I will not expect nor ask for financial compensation for any time or ideas that may become produced while volunteering with Solutions Enabled. I agree to the release Solutions Enabled of any financial or health responsibilities and liability, and agree not to perform outside of my educated and comfort level. I certify that this information is complete and accurate. I understand that making false or fraudulent statements within this application will result in denial of admission. If admitted, I agree to abide by the policies of Solutions Enabled. Should any information change prior to my entry into the volunteer program, I will notify the company. I understand that I must be at least 18 years old in order to legally sign this agreement and participate with this volunteer program. Identification will be required upon acceptance of the Volunteer role.
